Our cakes are only for pickup and you may book your own courier (Grab, Happymove, and Lalamove) so you can personally track the driver's location. 🚗✨

What time can I pick up my order?
You may choose anytime from 12NN onwards.
Can I order from abroad and send it to my family in Manila?
Yes, we can accept foreign credit cards.
What happens if I receive damaged cakes?
Some cakes are delicate and require MPV vehicle transportation. We will not be held liable for damaged cakes that were picked up using a motorcycle.
Can I cancel my order?
No cancellations once order is paid and confirmed. For any concerns, please contact us via email, Instagram or Viber.
What are your payment options?
Our payment options include: credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) and G-Cash. Cash on delivery option is not available.
How can I go about bulk orders and special requests?
For bulk orders and special requests, please contact us directly through our details in the “Contact Us” page. A 50% down payment may be required for bulk orders.
